2015 Annual Spring Trail Ride Due to unusual amount of rainfall in Gillespie County the annual spring ride has been canceled and re-scheduled for May 15 thru May 21 , 2015.
We will be at The Blanco County Museum and Buggy Barn on 281hwy north side of town again on Tuesday May 19, 2015. This campsite is the famous Dennis and Kelly Moore's Carriage Ranch there in downtown Blanco. The Ranch houses a Carriage and Buggy Museum that is second to none for authentic Buggies, StageCoaches, buckboards and other movie paraphernalia. Also a recently completed Military exhibition type museum. Alot to see that night.
Join us May 15 through May 21, 2015 as we ride The Original Texas Star Trail through Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Stonewall, Johnson City, Blanco, Fischer, Wimberley and Driftwood. Each year, about 300 people take part in the 112 mile ride. It's the experience of a lifetime, and one you will not forget. We cross 40 cattle guards through more than 20 hill country ranches, including the LBJ Ranch.
